(1) Small orders
Myriad Design sells our products to customers all over the world. However, the customs duty environment gets ever more complex and so we only offer checkout for UK sales. For International sales, please email sales@stompville.co.uk and we will calculate a price to include shipping and customs duty in your country.
In the UK and Northern Ireland, we ship small orders by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Elsewhere, we ship small order by Royal Mail International Standard small parcel tracked.
If you want your small order to be sent via international courier, please contact sales@stompville.co.uk.
(2) Large or Valuable Orders
For orders over a certain weight or value, we generally ship by international courier. You will not be allowed to check out with an order value over £120.00. If you wish to place a large (or valuable order), please contact sales@stompville.co.uk and we will work out a lead time and suitable shipping arrangement.
(3) Despatch
Myriad Design is a small team and on some working days no staff are available to process orders. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, which will usually be the next working day from the day your order is received. In the event that there will be a significant despatch delay, you will be notified by email. Also, any anticipated delays or webshop closures (such as holidays) will be prominently advised on the website.
